"Return process has been kind of a pain"
I sent my return back and I’m still waiting on the refund, so... yeah, not exactly thrilled. I thought it would be straightforward, but it’s been more of a hassle than I expected.

The box showed up with the site name right on the label, which was bad enough, but of course it arrived at the worst possible time when my roommate grabbed the mail first. Super awkward. If you actually need private shipping, I wouldn’t risk it.

I found what I needed quickly, and the site was straightforward the whole way through. Pages loaded without any issues, and checkout was simple. To be fair, I really appreciate when a site doesn’t make shopping harder than it needs to be, and this one kept things clear and easy

I regret not checking the reviews before buying this. For the price, it felt kind of cheap and just not the quality I was expecting. It worked a little, but I don’t see it holding up for very long. Definitely wish I had looked into it more first...

"A bit expensive for what it is"
The stuff seems decent overall, and I don’t really have any major complaints about the quality. I just felt like the prices were a little higher than I expected for what you get.
